Accessibility Statement

Compliance Status

We strongly believe that the Internet should be available and accessible to everyone, and we are committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of circumstances or ability.

To achieve this, we aim to adhere as strictly as possible to the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG 2.1) at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities. Following these guidelines helps us ensure that the website is accessible to everyone: people who are blind, people with mobility impairments, people with visual impairments, people with cognitive disabilities, and many others.

This website uses various technologies designed to make it as accessible as possible at all times. We use an accessibility interface that allows people with certain disabilities to adjust the website’s user interface and customize it to their personal needs.

In addition, the website uses an artificial intelligence-based application that runs in the background and constantly optimizes its level of accessibility. This application fixes the website’s code and adapts its functionality and behavior for screen readers used by blind users and for keyboard functions used by people with motor disabilities.

If you’ve found a problem or have suggestions for improvement, we’d love to hear from you. You can contact the website administrators using the contact form on the site.

Screen reader and keyboard navigation

Our website implements the ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) attributes, along with various behavioral changes, to ensure that blind users who navigate the site using a screen reader can understand and enjoy the site’s features. As soon as a user with a screen reader visits your site, they immediately receive a prompt to enter Screen Reader Mode so they can navigate and use the site effectively. Here’s how our site addresses some of the most important screen reader requirements, along with console screenshots showing code examples:

  • Screen reader optimization: We run a background process that learns the site’s components from top to bottom to ensure ongoing compliance even as we update the site. As part of this process, we provide screen readers with meaningful data using the ARIA attribute set. For example, we provide precise form labels; descriptions for actionable icons (social media icons, search icons, shopping cart icons, etc.); validation prompts for form inputs; and roles for elements such as buttons, menus, modal dialogs (pop-up windows), and others. In addition, the background process scans all images on the website and provides a precise and meaningful description based on object image recognition as an ALT tag (alternative text) for images that are not described. It also extracts text embedded within images using OCR (optical character recognition) technology. To activate the screen reader settings at any time, users simply need to press the Alt+1 keyboard shortcut. Screen reader users also receive automatic prompts to enable Screen Reader mode as soon as they enter the site. These settings are compatible with all popular screen readers, including JAWS and NVDA.

These adjustments are compatible with all popular screen readers, including JAWS and NVDA.

  • Optimizing keyboard navigation: The background process also adjusts the website’s HTML and adds various behaviors using JavaScript code to make the site operable via the keyboard. This includes the ability to navigate the website using the Tab and Shift+Tab keys, to operate drop-down menus with the arrow keys, close them with Esc, trigger buttons and links using the Enter key, navigate between radio buttons and checkboxes using the arrow keys, and select them with the spacebar or the Enter key. In addition, keyboard users will find quick navigation and content-skipping menus available at any time by pressing Alt+1 or as the first elements of the site while navigating with the keyboard. The background process also manages triggered pop-up windows, shifting focus from the keyboard to them as soon as they appear and preventing focus from moving outside of them. Users can also use shortcut keys such as “M” (menus), “H” (headings), “F” (forms), “B” (buttons), and “G” (graphics) to jump to specific elements.

Types of disabilities accepted on our website

  • Epilepsy Safety Mode: This profile allows people with epilepsy to use the site safely by eliminating the risk of seizures caused by flashing or flickering animations and risky color combinations.
  • Low-Vision Mode: This mode adjusts the website for the comfort of users with visual impairments, such as impaired vision, tunnel vision, cataracts, glaucoma, and others.
  • Cognitive Disability Mode: This mode offers various assistive options to help users with cognitive disabilities—such as dyslexia, autism, stroke, and others—focus more easily on the essential elements of the website.
  • ADHD-Friendly Mode: This mode helps users with ADHD and neurodevelopmental disorders read, browse, and focus more easily on the main elements of the website, while significantly reducing distractions.
  • Blindness Mode: This mode configures the website to be compatible with screen readers such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack. A screen reader is software for visually impaired users that is installed on computers and smartphones, and websites must be compatible with it.
  • Keyboard Navigation Profile (for users with motor impairments): This profile allows people with motor impairments to navigate the website using the Tab, Shift+Tab, and Enter keys. Users can also use shortcuts such as “M” (menus), “H” (headings), “F” (forms), “B” (buttons), and “G” (graphics) to navigate to specific elements. li>

Additional adjustments to the user interface, design, and readability

  • Font adjustments—users can increase or decrease the font size, change the font family, adjust the spacing, alignment, line height, and much more.
  • Color adjustments – users can select different color contrast profiles, such as light, dark, inverted, and monochrome. In addition, users can change the color schemes for headings, text, and the background, with over 7 different color options.
  • Animations – Users with epilepsy can stop all running animations with a single click. Animations controlled by the interface include videos, GIFs, and flashing CSS transitions.
  • Highlighting content – users can choose to highlight important elements, such as links and titles. They can also choose to highlight only the elements they have focused on or hovered over with the mouse.
  • Mute Audio – Users with hearing aids may experience headaches or other issues due to automatic audio playback. This option allows users to instantly mute the entire website.
  • Cognitive Disorders – We use a search engine linked to Wikipedia and Wiktionary, allowing people with cognitive disorders to understand the meanings of expressions, acronyms, slang, and more.
  • Additional Features – We offer users the option to change the cursor’s color and size, use a print mode, enable a virtual keyboard, and many other features.

Browser and Assistive Technology Compatibility

We aim to support the widest range of browsers and assistive technologies so that our users can choose the tools that work best for them, with as few limitations as possible. Therefore, we have worked very hard to support all major browsers, which account for over 95% of the user market share, including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Opera, and Microsoft Edge, as well as JAWS and NVDA (screen readers), for both Windows and Mac users.

Notes, Comments, and Feedback

Despite our efforts to allow anyone to customize the website to their needs, there may still be pages or sections that are not fully accessible, are in the process of becoming accessible, or lack a suitable technological solution to make them accessible. However, we are continuously improving our accessibility by adding, updating, and enhancing its options and features, and by developing and adopting new technologies. All of this is intended to achieve the optimal level of accessibility, thanks to technological advances. If you need any assistance, please contact us.
